St. Amant, LA Teen Photographer - Testing out the Water

Okay, I'm officially obsessed with water pictures, which I knew I would be and how could I not be when shooting one of my favorite models!!!  I have been wanting to shoot in my pool for quite some time, but I've put it on the back burner due to not having everything just perfect.  It's never been the right time, haven't had the right outfit, haven't had the right weather (It's literally been raining or ugly every day for weeks now I swear), but I'm trying to let go more and just go with what I have available to me.  So instead of putting it off any longer, I pulled something out of the closet and through my girl in the pool right after getting home from her first day of school for some test shots!  JUST DO IT, right?! This is my new motto!  I'm going with whatever I'm blessed with at the time.  I really wanted to just to see the angles with the late afternoon lighting and get a feel for how I would want to shoot with upcoming seniors.  Obsessed!!!  Can't wait to play with the pool lights and other variables!!!!  On a little side note:  My internet was down for the 2nd time in 2 weeks on this particular day and I was not a happy camper.  I had contacted our service provider and put in a call back.  As soon as we started to shoot these, my phone rang of course.  The light was going, and my girl was in the pool already, so all of these images were shot while I was on the phone having a lovely conversation with Customer Service!  Ha - I still absolutely love how they turned out and I'm so glad that I have these captures of my beauty.
